1. Workmanship and Materials Warranty JHI Roofing provides a one-year warranty on all workmanship and materials for commercial roof repairs. If a water leak occurs in the same spot where a repair was performed, JHI Roofing will provide free repair services until the leak is resolved. This warranty does not cover leaks or issues in other locations that were not part of the initial repair.

2. New Roof Installations For new roof installations, JHI Roofing adheres to the manufacturer’s warranty for the materials used and provides its own workmanship warranty. The specific terms and duration of these warranties will be detailed in the project contract signed by the client.
